Both Jens and Ayse were two talented chefs in their previous lives, we love to create a wide range of delicious products such as pies, pickles, and preserves all from the best of the harvest, depending on the season. Ayse excels with her hummus, Baba Ganoushe, even making holiday baking treats.
We grow beautiful organic and often heirloom, non-hybrid vegetables planted with the moon phases. We believe in organic, ethical and sustainable food production that is available to everyone.
Pastured, ethical, and organic fed poultry for eggs and meat. Our chickens reside outdoors enjoying plenty of space and sunshine.
They are freshly picked, never sprayed, and local. They have not travelled thousands of kilometres.
We grow some of the most sought after varieties, like Dahlias: decorative pompons, cactus and dinner-plate, Lisianthus elegant with multi-bloom stems, and the “big hearted” blue Delphinium.
Our Cottage Bouquets are bundles of more delightful common varieties: Zinnias, Corn Flowers, Snap Dragons, Sun Flowers…etc.
