The Kitchen

Because both Jens and Ayse were two talented chefs in their previous lives, we love to create a wide range of delicious products such as sausages, bacon, pates, pies, pickles and preserves all from the best of the harvest, depending on the season. Ayse excels with her hummus, Baba Ganoushe, even making holiday baking treats. When Jersey the Jersey cow has excess milk, yogurt and cheese making is possible.

Organic Produce

Certified Organic by ProCert since 2009, we grow beautiful organic and often heirloom, non-hybrid vegetables planted with the moon phases. We believe in organic, ethical and sustainable food production that is available to everyone.

Best Meats

Pastured, ethical, GMO & drug free, pork, beef, certified organic poultry and eggs. Animals reside outdoors enjoying plenty of space and sunshine. Our beef is grass fed and finished.
