Ayse excels with her hummus, Baba Ganoushe, even making holiday baking treats. When Jersey the Jersey cow has excess milk, yogurt and cheese making is possible.

Pastured, ethical, GMO & drug free, pork, beef, certified organic poultry and eggs. Animals reside outdoors enjoying plenty of space and sunshine. Our beef is grass fed and finished.
